Apparently, the USS Zumwalt, the first of small batch of stealth destroyers, is to be commanded by none other than Captain James Kirk.
Not quite the Enterprise, but it'll do.

Oh, I'm sure it just cracks him every single time. Shame, though, that he didn't wait a few years until the new Enterprise (A Gerald R. Ford-class aircraft carrier) is launched.
